A: Lil' Dragons meet on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.  (call for schedule times)

Q: What is in the Program?

A: The Lil' Dragons program is an introductory class for young students to work on their balance and coordination while learning some basic martial art skills. Additionally, Safety Skills are also taught. Topics include: Stranger Danger, Health (e.g. Why Germs are bad, and what we need to do about them), First Aid (how to take care of boo-boos when they happen), Fire Safety, and other important topics. In the Lil' Dragons program we introduce Life Skills to the students, such as Sharing, Cooperation, Respect and Self-Discipline.

The Lil' Dragons curriculum encompasses more than just exercise for the kids; we're teaching them good habits that will help them transition into regular school, and habits that will hopefully stay with them for life!

Q: Can we check out the class before we sign up?

A: Absolutely!  Guests are always welcome to watch a Lil' Dragons class. Once in a while, we may ask parents and friends to participate in our learning activities!  We will have a Lil' Dragon Buddy Day occasionally, where current Dragons can bring in a child aged 4-6 for a group workout, buddy-style.  And, as previously mentioned, we plan activities and parties for the Lil' Dragons and their families.
